Refurbished laptops are used laptops that have been returned for whatever reason, and serviced
to bring them back to a practically new state. They can’t be sold as new, because they have been used…

Refurbished are items previously owned by another person that either returned it because they didn’t like it or it broke and they fixed it up and are selling it.

a refurbished laptop is a used laptop but it has new parts like if u have a laptop with a refurbished screen then it means that it just has a new screen and its used.

Refurbished means it was broken and someone fixed it to sell it.
Used means it was owned before.

Refurbished items are (usually) used. So, they’ve been cleaned up, and briefly tested, but may have some cosmetic issues like scratches, wear, etc.
It is a rare occurrence that a refurbished item has not been sold, but rather just used a test model. If it’s been opened, it has to be sold as refurbished, but that’s so rare that it’s hardly worth mentioning.
Also of note: Refurbished items usually only have like a 90 day warranty, whereas a new item may have 1-3 years of warranty (unless you specifically request not to have a warranty). That’s something to keep in mind when making your purchase.

Refurbished laptops are the ones that are returned by some customers to the manufacturer due to some hardware or software problem and then fixed the problem to sell again for a much lower price by the same manufacturer. Refurbished laptops have the possibility to have problems again but the manufacturer offers warranty for the product.

Refurbished is used or second laptop; broken, returned and fix it to resell, some part is new, not for others to resell, and has very limited warranty. etc
Regular one is The new laptop. all parts are new, have full and longer warranty.
why is it cheaper? used goods is always cheaper. due to ever used before.
