Im having alot of problems with my mac for games like Sims 3! does anyone have advice for a good gaming computer or should i just get a new macbook, My old one is 4 years old, so it probably isnt up to date with the things needed for sims 3!

I have an HP tablet laptop; the top spins down and it is a touchscreen. But i also have 700 dollars and i have always wanted a apple laptop. I could get a refurbished macbook for 600 or a brand new one for 1000 dollars, i dont know what to do. keep my HP that is just over a year old and in ok condition and save my money for a car, or buy a refurbished apple laptop or save a little longer and get brand new apple laptop.

what’s a good site for refurbished laptops? when i say good i mean trustworthy and also good laptops like mac, HP, Toshiba.
also, is there any kind of # to call or site that i can have to ask a lot of questions about laptops? i need answers in order to make my decision.
for a mac, is it safe to buy a refurbished macbook from the apple store online?

In this quick video i show the Acer Aspire mini Laptop and Computer recently released, the spec are : 160 GB, 1 GB RAM, 1.3 megapixel webcam and runs linpus linux lite OS preinstalled, but can also have windows loaded on like I have, built-in 5-in-1 SDHC and multi-format media card reader slot, and many more items, and the Computers specs are : 640 GB memory, the memory is divided into 2 hard drives, one of 232 GB and the other 348 GB and the other 80 GB are pre used and made for overflow, so if too many things are added on, it wont crash on you! great thinking Acer, and 4 GB of RAM , no intergrated webcam , ill add more specs at a later time, but this is a quick breif video to post before we get into the real reviews and videos.

I’m looking for a laptop case not bag. This fiber case with a zipper and no small compartments. It only fits for the laptop.

Somebody suggested the Apple store in Muhandsein but they think it would be a bit pricey, how pricey? I dont wanna go all the way to Muhandsein and find nothing.

Does anybody know a store that sells them? I tried the regular near by computer stores but only found the big bags.

Just bought one for 12.1″ (the size of the laptop) from city star, (not a bag it is like a black case from Katefah or fiber, with a zipper)
downstairs, near mobnil shop,, just go to the shop at the corner and ask for it, (infront of the hotel new entrance ,,,( i think also in compu me there ….)

Live improv set-up.

Equipment shown:
Two Kaossilators, two mini Kaoss pads, a KP3 Kaoss pad, a Tom Bugs WOM synth, Chimera BC8, BC9 and BC16 synths, two Zoom PFX-9003 effects, an Eventide Modfactor, an Eventide Timefactor, a Dirty-Carter E.S.G.I synth, a portable Edirol mixer and a Zoom H2 for recording. No MIDI, keyboards, laptops or desktop computers were used.

Rhythms were generated by the two Kaossilators – going through the mini KPs, bass loops were generated by the KP3. The Chimera BC16 synth (LFO and ADSR) was voltage controlling the BC9 synth and the two Eventide stompboxes. All loop syncing and BPM matching was done on the fly using ‘tap-tempo’ on the Korgs and Eventides.
