I realize now, to be able to run The Witcher 2, I’m going to need a new computer. Since, I’m getting a game of The Witcher’s caliber I decided to go ahead and get a gaming computer. I usually get my computers from Dell, but a buddy of mine recommended CyberPower. So, in short, how reliable are CyberPower computers?

So PS3 costs around 0 and I believe xbox 360 is almost similar price. However gaming computers cost about 00-1200 but they can cost even 00 and I even saw Dell’s Alienware cost over 00

Does that mean that gaming computers are better than PS3/xbox360 and are better at playing games?

I just figured out that my computer has this kind of trojan. I was running pretty much all of the Anti-virus things my computer has. The main one says there is nothing there and my Windows defender says I have two trojans so I’m not sure what to do. I’m thinking of buying or building a new one.
Right now I have intel. Im not sure which is best like Dell, Miscrosoft, etc. I need a gaming computer which can also be used as a school work computer. Any ideas?

Hi. I bought a laptop from Geeks.com a while back and it came with software (XP Pro) pre-installed, but they never sent me a disk to reload it if I needed to. I have the product key on the bottom of the laptop, so I can reinstall it, but no disk/software to do so. Well, I need to reinstall it ASAP, but don’t know how to get the disk. Who do I contact? I had been told to contact Microsoft, but they said you have to go to the manufacturer. Will Geeks.com be able to send it to me, or do I need to fight with Dell?

Hi, i need to buy a laptop. I am interested to go through with refurbished dell, is there any problems with Refurbished laptops. Please can any one help me…

i finally decided on getting myself a laptop (dell 1558) as my desktop is dying now lol.

is it worth me buying a refurbished 1558 from ebay with high specs as buying one new would mean getting specs an awful lot lower at a higher price. Also if a laptop is refurbished does this mean it is not new, has it been used by somebody and will the laptop still be in perfect working order?

I’m looking to get a new laptop, but I don’t know if I should get a brand new one or get a refurbished one cause it could be cheaper and maybe have some of the kinks worked out already. So far though I’m thinking about getting either a Sony Vaio, Gateway, or a Dell.

In Dell sales flyer it lists RAM as 1GB or 2 GB what is equivalent? 1024? 2048?
And as a side question do I need to look for anything specific to be sure it is wi-fi capable?

I am currently looking at desktops from alienware, dell, and gateway, but after doing some more research I realized that there are too many gaming computer companies to sift through and with your help I could narrow my search a bit.

My laptop has interchangeable drives–one for floppy, one for CD/R. I tried external drives, the quality is not that good, and they are bulky. I saw refurbished drives advertised for -50, but am afraid to use them. Who has the best deal on internal DVD/CD-ROM drive for Dell.

I want a good gaming computer with a fast processor and perferably an ATI Radeon video card. I would prefer a Dell, but I’ll take other options. Any good computers that are fairly priced? Let me know! Thanks

I am thinking of purchasing a laptop from Lenovo’s or Dell’s outlet. Some laptops state "refurbished" and some state "redistributed". Can anyone tell me what this means?

and says I need to use a 60watt dell adapter I cant figure out how come this is and now it wont charge battery HELP!!!!

I was looking at a 15.4" dell 2gb, 2.0dc processor etc. I was wondering if its worth it to buy a refurbished unit, its about 50% off new, and I can get a 3 yr warranty with accident coverage. Any Thoughts?
