    Not really. A refurbished $250 laptop would probably have only been $500-$600 brand new, max. Laptops in the price range have pretty weak hardware. WoW might run on them, but it won’t be pretty.
    You would have to look at something in the $800-$1000 brand-new range to get WoW running well.

    However, if you shop around a little, there are refurbished $250 desktops that can run WoW just fine. Unless you absolutely HAVE to get a laptop, I would go this route.

    fat chance dude, you’d have better luck finding a tower for 250 that can run WoW, though that would be a better option, if your on a budget, and want to game, get a tower, it will give you the most performance for you money, and when you’ve got more cash, you can upgrade it to run stuff better.

    Well of course there lots of refurbished laptop under your budget.

    Dell Latitude D610 or Dell Latitude D600 which is best and will be under your budget and comes with specifications and condition which is almost like brand new.
